Terms for access to the C-Account Books business accounting and bookkeeping software service.

Effective date: September 4, 2026
C-Account Books provides business accounting and bookkeeping software for maintaining business records. C-Account Books is not a bank, lender, payment processor, investment service, tax authority or government service and does not take custody of funds for bookkeeping entries.
Users must provide accurate signup information and maintain the security of their credentials. The person creating a company account represents that they are authorized to create and administer that account.
The first calendar month from signup is 100% free. After the trial, continued service is month-to-month at $29.00 per month. Subscription payments are made manually by ACH/bank transfer using the Subscription Payment Instructions assigned to the customer's account. C-Account Books does not create auto-debit or automatic recurring card charges.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of information they enter. Payment mode fields record how a business transaction was handled; they do not cause C-Account Books to move money or store payment-card credentials.
Company account owners are responsible for authorizing users and managing access to their company workspace. Users must not attempt to access another company's records or bypass access controls.
C-Account Books may provide export formats intended to assist with workflows involving QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and Tally. Third-party products are independent services and may change their import requirements. C-Account Books does not represent that it is affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.
Users must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access or use C-Account Books for unlawful activity. Service availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, hosting, network or security events.
Because subscription payments are manual, customers can stop future paid use by cancelling before the next monthly payment is due and not making the next manual ACH/bank-transfer subscription payment. Refund handling is described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
C-Account Books is software. Customers remain responsible for reviewing their records and obtaining qualified accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice when appropriate.
